- **Hendrik Michel**, whose paper “PASTA: Versatile Tyramide-oligonucleotide Amplification for Multi-modal Spatial Biology,” was accepted by Nature Methods
- **Jesse Plung**, who recently had two preprints reporting a mosquito-specific receptor for chikungunya virus and related  
    alphaviruses posted on bioRxiv
